- Managing Director of Hina PE department with 15 years of experience in finance industry.
- Since joining Hina, he has invested in JD Logistics (02618.HK) , Boss Zhipin (Nasdaq:BZ), 21Vianet (Nasdaq:VNET), Xiaodu, Arrail Dental etc.
- Used to work for GGV Capital leading and participating in investment in various fields. Earlier, he served a well-known investment bank Hollyhigh where he provided advisory services for a number of public companies such as Chinalco, TEDA, Shineway and Shanshui Cement, and has participated in a number of mergers and acquisitions. In addition, Mr. Zhang has also served as CFO of a well-known e-commerce company.
- Mr. Zhang holds a bachelor's degree in economics and a double degree in law from Peking University.
