Gary Wan is currently an Executive Director of The Hina Group’s investment banking division, focusing on Healthcare, Consumption and Media sectors.
Mr. Wan is experienced in cross-border mergers, acquisitions and private placement financing, and has advised on transactions that aggregates to $3 billion of inbound/cross-bound transactions, including Infront Sports Group, Wanda Cinema, Teva Pharmaceuticals, Montagne (Now owned by Zimmer Inc), Reach Surgical, SinoChem, Air China, Bank of China and Alstom.
Prior to joining The Hina Group, his professional experiences includes Wanda Investment Company, UBS Securities, China eCapital, Marsh and Alstom and mainly works in investment banking and cross-border mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. Wan graduated from the University of New South Wales with the Bachelor’s degree of Economics and holds an MBA from the University of Cambridge’s Judge Business School.
Mr. Eric He is an Executive Director of The Hina Group's investment banking division, focusing on TMT, education, finance, consumption, energy, etc.
Eric has advised various M&A and private placement transactions totaling over $2 billion, since joined Hina. Representative M&A and strategic investment deals include Wanda acquires 99bill, Nesound acquires KanKan from Xunlei, iKang strategic investment in NCI Health, Wanda strategic investment in ETCP, etc.; private placement clients include Baidu TakeAway, Best Logistics, Huize.com, Zuoyebang, etc.
Prior to Hina, Eric worked at M&A Dept. of UCF Group and a boutique investment bank Poalim , responsible for M&A and private placement businesses in automobile, new energy, agriculture, TMT, etc.
Eric earned his bachelor's degree in Economics from Beijing Jiaotong University and master's degree in Economics from Renmin University of China.

Ryan Yan is currently an Executive Director of The Hina Group’s investment banking division.
With solid experiences in M&As and private placement financing and years of focus on TMT, logistics, finance, consumer goods and real estate sectors, Ryan has both led and participated various transactions in domestic/overseas IPOs, M&As, private placement, debt financing and distressed assets disposal amounting to billions of US dollars. He has served clients such as Alibaba, Hainan Airlines, Ping An Group, CCB, Fosun and Far East Horizon, etc.
Prior to joining The Hina Group, Ryan serviced at EY and KPMG China as an expert on financial and transaction advisory. Ryan received a BA degree in Management from Beijing Institute of Technology and a Msc from University of Exeter.
